Ramona is present during Penelope's first group therapy meeting in One Lie at a Time. She has a supportive and caring personality, and Penelope says that she is an amazing hype woman.
In therapy, Ramona discusses being a gay female minority suffering from anxiety, depression, isolation, and "combat stuff." In Pride & Prejudice, Penelope goes to Ramona for advice when she learns that Elena is also gay.
